SUMMARY FEATURED SPEAKERS

The future growth and profitability of our financial services industry in a region dominated by small open economies will continue to be challenged by an evolving regional and international trading environment. Indeed, the establishment of a regional monetary union accompanied by regulatory changes and the encroachment of globally integrated financial services providers, will present both opportunities and challenges for the stakeholders of this industry.

The CAIB 2006 Conference will address these fundamental issues of industry survival and growth by facilitating dialogue amongst subject matter experts, the industry participants, regulators and other partners, charting the way forward for the regional financial services industry in a turbulent local, regional and international environment.

The 2006 Conference is therefore designed to maximize formal and informal interaction amongst regional stakeholders via the provision of ample opportunities for networking, informal discussions and consensus building.
