We are elated to invite you to the 36th Annual General Meeting and Conference of the Caribbean Association of Indigenous Banks Inc. (CAIB), to be held from Sunday, November 8, 2009 to Thursday, November 12, 2009, at the Jolly Beach Resort and Spa in Antigua.

The Conference is being planned around the theme"Identifying & Leveraging Opportunities for Growth in a Global Recession" and will provide a forum for representatives from the banking and financial services communities in the Caribbean to meet and discuss the current global crisis and ways to convert the negative aspects into possible opportunities in the current economic downturn; review financial and banking developments in the Caribbean and the wider markets, to explore new financial services, opportunities and to build their awareness and preparedness to respond to the rapidly changing regional and global environments. A distinguished panel of speakers has been carefully selected to provide current thought leadership and solutions on the theme within the context.
