Important parts of your air-conditioner that you need to take care of

There are a couple of things that we just cannot live without. A proper home is not a home without Air conditioning system. How can you go through winter with heating system? How would you be able to stand the summer heat without it? You need to make sure that your air conditioning system is well maintained so that you can enjoy any season there is. You also need to familiarize yourself with its parts so you would know how to enter vine in cases of emergency and have to contact a Singapore ac service company.

Air compressor

This part compresses and condenses air and refrigerant. Refrigerant cools the air down thus making cooler air. Air compressors make sure that there is enough cool air circulated throughout every cycle and maintains a specific pressure of the compressed air.

Belt

This makes the coil working. Belts are rotating mechanism that makes the motor functioning. Without the belt the motor will not start and continue working. You have to make sure that the belts in your air conditioning system are properly maintained. These parts are exposed to wear and tear all the time. If the belts are not working fine, the whole motor is affected. No output would be done hampering the whole system’s operation.

Condenser and condensing coil

The condenser is the outdoor unit. It is the part placed outside. This part condenses are and removes heat from it. This is also the part that regulates the heating process of the entire air conditioning system. Without this part, taking out heat from circulated are will be impossible

The condensing coil on the other hand helps the condenser remove extra heat from circulated air. When air passes to the condensing coil, it makes the air cool and refrigerant circulated.

Filters

The filters capture larger particles in air. Usually dust, pollen and hair. Filters helps clean out the air pump inside. This part needs constant cleaning. Since they constantly filter air, particles usually accumulate in them. They have to be dusted and washed several times a week.

Fan

This part blows cool air into the inside unit and heat to the outside. This also cools down the coolant to help in cooling down the temperature of the refrigerant gas. Without the fan, it would be impossible to direct which type of air goes in and goes out.

Thermostat

This is the sensor built in your air conditioning system sensing the temperature you have selected. Responsible to regulate the temperature of the condensed air and refrigerant, the thermostat accurately put the set temperature to the temperature of the pump air inside.

These are just the most common parts of an air conditioning system. There are still a lot of technical parts I will not be dealing with. Let us leave them to the experts to handle. These parts are basics and the most vital part of the mechanism. Without these parts, your air conditioning system will not be working as it is today.
